We want you to be happy with your stationery. This policy explains your rights when returning products to Ophelia Designs.
1. Your Right to Cancel (Ready-Made Products)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund (including standard delivery).
You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned within a further 14 days, unused and in original condition.
You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.
2. Personalised Products
As items are made specifically for you, personalised products cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty or not as described. Please check details carefully before ordering.
3. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is faulty or damaged:

You are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
We will cover return postage for faulty items.
4. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving returned items.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
Delivery upgrades (e.g., express shipping) are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
