We sell ready-made and personalised stationery. Product images are for illustrative purposes; slight variations may occur.
3. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
Prices are in GBP and include VAT (where applicable).
Payment is due in full at checkout.
We accept all major credit cards, Paypal and Applepay.
4. Personalised Orders
Personalised items are made specifically for you.
Please check all spelling and details carefully before submitting.
We cannot accept cancellations, returns, or refunds for personalised items unless faulty.
5. Delivery
We deliver within the UK (international delivery may be added later).
Delivery estimates are provided at checkout.
Risk of loss passes to you once items are delivered.
6. Returns & Refunds
For ready-made products, you have 14 days to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged.

All content, product designs, and branding on our site are the property of Ophelia Designs. You may not copy, reproduce, or use without permission.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
