Thank you for shopping with Ophelia Designs. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.

1. Processing Times

Ready-Made Stationery: Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.

Personalised Stationery: Please allow 5–10 business days for custom design and production before dispatch.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

2. Delivery Options & Costs

We currently deliver within the UK. Delivery options and costs are displayed at checkout and currently include:

48 Hour Tracked Delivery (Royal Mail): 2-3 working days - currently offering as Free for all UK orders.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control (postal delays, strikes, weather).

We are not liable for delays once the order has been dispatched.

4. Free Shipping

To launch the new website we are currently offering Free Shipping on all UK orders until further notice.

5. Tracking Your Order

Orders sent via tracked delivery will include a tracking number once dispatched.

Tracking details will be emailed to you when available.

6. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be asked to cover re-delivery costs.

7. International Shipping

At present, we only ship within the UK. We may expand to international shipping in future.

8. Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel does not arrive within the expected timeframe:

Please check with your local delivery office first.

We will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
